Title: Request for Proposal – 079-2022-Gavi-RFP Assurance Provider Services

RFP Objective:

Gavi has developed a new strategic approach for Fiduciary Risk Assurance and Financial Management of cash grants for its strategic period under Gavi 5.0. The approach is anchored on three objectives: promoting timely and efficient funding of immunization activities; building ownership and capacity; and ensuring fiduciary risk assurance and mitigation. Gavi’s strategy for the management of fiduciary risk in the cash grant portfolio has evolved over time as it has gradually introduced different downstream risk assurance options to address specific country risks. This included mainly Fiduciary Agents, Managing Agents, Monitoring Agents and tailored audits. The new model will be developed over time and will depend on country context and Gavi priorities. In support of the fiduciary risk model Gavi now seeks interested qualified parties to provide information on their capabilities to deliver on a range of assurance services.
